Our website includes a form where you can give us your name, email address, job title and company name so you can request a demo or download our product sheet.

We store your personal data until you decide to opt-out of receiving this or being contacted in the future for sales purposes.

Our sales team may contact you on a one to one basis to discuss your needs and how we can fulfil them. In that case, our legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose under the GDPR is Legitimate Interest.

  • Calendly to schedule meetings

  • Gmail to send and receive emails


We store your personal data for a period of 7 years following the termination of your contract with us.

What happens when I apply for a job?

How we store your personal information and our suppliers

We use the following suppliers to help us manage the recruitment process:

  • Google Drive for storage

  • Zoom to facilitate meetings with you

  • Calandaly to schedule interviews with you

  • Gmail to email you


We keep your personal data for 4 weeks under the legal basis of legitimate interest, and one year if you give us consent. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our servers.
